Rumpke Consolidated Companies, Inc. owns and manages the largest landfill in Greater Cincinnati. Landfill operations include an automated waste water discharge system that pumps waste water from containment cells. This system pumps the waste water through a 5,000 foot pipe routed through the woods and under a public roadway. Read More Here
Turn-key Tunneling bid on a job that required tunneling out into a lake placing two pipes: 20’ deep and 50’ deep. In the bid documentation, the client had provided information about the lake floor when defining the project and estimated 5 feet of excavation would be needed to reach the lake. Turn-Key needed to verify this information to know how far to drill to go out to the water to prevent from drilling too far, or not far enough.
